Visiting Minneapolis area, I thought I’d stop and try a new brewery…and Bald Man Brewing sparked my interest.
I tried a variety of tasters at Bald Man including their blonde, honey brown, pale ale, smash IPA, IPA and Octoberfest.
I enjoyed my typical palate trending towards the more hoppy variety: smash IPA, and their staple IPA and pale ale.
For the non-hopheads, their staple blonde and honey brown were good and Octoberfest were favorites. 
The environment was chill, concrete floors, low and high-tops with views of the fermenting tanks.
Life music on the weekends and events like “National Bald Man Day,” add the the “locals” kind of environment in this Twin Cities metro brewery. It’s great to see a brewery pop-up in the burbs rather than the city.
