As I made my was from physical-home (Colorado) to my heart-home (Arizona), we stopped half way through for the night in Santa Fe, and of course, had to take a pit-stop at Santa Fe Brewing.
Santa Fe is some of my favorite brewery branding – the New Mexican flag. It’ translates so beautifully and makes me smile.
… and it also makes me a happy camper! Happy Camper IPA at 6.6% ABV – a beautifully hopped, smooth and drinkable IPA. There’s a reason why this secret IPA recipe has won awards!
Also enjoyable and worth mentioning is the Imperial Java Stout, which was perfect for a frosty winter day (yes, it does get cold in New Mexico!). When it is just above freezing out, I’ll sip on the java at 8% ABV any day – chocolaty, coffee-like and darn right delicious.
