Skora FIT is one of my favorite running shoes. They’re a zero drop and less-structred shoe have been shown to strengthen feet, which is a good thing, especially for me, I have very bad ankles.
SKORA FIT is the perfect shoe with just the right amount of cushion with still allowing you to feel the ground beneath your feet so you’re sure to “run real.”
Some of the awesome features are the asymmetrical lacing system, lighweight mesh with 3-D printing and internal arch support, 16 mm drop cushion to protect the feet from pokes and distractions on the road or trail.
After a long hard run I love to sit back and relax with a good IPA. A friend brought me a can from Anchorage and I thought I’d indulge after an 8 miler. It has a pronounced but pleasant citrus aroma with a mix of orange, grapefruit, floral and spicy flavors with a sweet, dry piney finish. Easily drinkable at 6% ABV.
(for every beer, run a mile!)
