TASTY CRAFT BEERS, 80’S CELEBRATIONS AND SPRINGTIME FUN AT THE 10thANNUAL BRECKENRIDGE SPRING BEER FEST
The 10th Annual Breckenridge Spring Beer Festival is back with more breweries, and expanded event options including an 80’s party theme to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Breckenridge Spring Beer Festival. The Breckenridge Spring Beer Festival returns Saturday, April 9 on two blocks of Ridge Street, just one block east of Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Of course there will still be the great elements participants have come to expect, including unlimited beer-tasting, free live music from The Goonies and great vendors.
A celebration of ‘brews, views and great live music in the heart of Breckenridge,’ the Breck Spring Beer Festival will feature an 80’s party theme with The Goonies, ‘Colorado’s Best 80’s Cover Band’, performing on the stage, as well as an 80’s themed costume contest at 3:30 p.m.with crowd participation for the best costume.
In addition, guests who have pre-purchased can pick up their mugs at Alpine Sports Park Ave., on the corner of Park Ave. and Airport Road on Friday from 4-8 p.m. or Saturday from 8 – 10:30 a.m. All guests will still need to show an ID to get into the event on Saturday, but there is a special ID only line for quicker entrance. Guests can also purchase tickets to the event at the Alpine Sports box office with no fees through Saturday morning.
New this year, only pre-purchased ticket holders will be allowed to enter the event and enjoy specialty tastings from noon until 1:00 p.m. During this hour, pre-purchased ticket holders will be able to taste specialty beers brought just for pre-purchased ticket holders from over 45 breweries.

VIP access passes, including a commemorative glass mug, VIP event entrance, covered seating, full beers and sodas, catered lunch, private restrooms and on-site Cicerone, are $70 if pre-purchased by Friday, April 8, or $85 the day of the event.

After the Festival, guests can head over to Hungry Dog at 500 S. Main Street, Breckenridge. Starting at 5 p.m. Hungry Dog is hosting the official beer fest After-Party with live music and an outdoor BBQ all night!
